Is this true i read it on the inter net but you can't always beileve evrything on the internet i heard that acetaminophen increases the effect of propoxyphene. Is this true.But you habe to watch out for liver damage the ammount you can take a day of tylenol is 4000mg.

I'm currently taking Darvocet and each pill has 650mg of acetaminophen in it. I was told to take up to 3 per day, but that seems like a lot to me. Also, does anyone know anything about the other ingredient in Darvocet
